At Dallas JDM Motors, we stand behind the quality of our Japanese engines and parts with a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition. Please note that all returns are subject to a inspection process and may incur a restocking fee depending on the reason for the return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely crate or pack your engine or part, ensuring all original components are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Arrange Logistics
Ship the item back to our Dallas facility using a carrier that provides tracking; please note that customers are responsible for freight costs on non-defective returns.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for any modifications or damage before processing your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
