Are your engines tested before shipping?
Yes, every engine undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection, including compression and leak-down tests, to ensure it meets our high performance standards before it leaves our facility.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard freight shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States. Tracking information is provided once the crate is picked up by the carrier.
Do you offer a warranty on your JDM motors?
We provide a standard 30-day start-up warranty on the internal blocks and heads of our engines. Please note that bolt-on accessories and labor costs are not covered under this warranty.
What is included with a complete engine swap?
A typical engine swap includes the engine block, head, intake manifold, and basic sensors. We recommend replacing the timing belt, water pump, and seals before installation for optimal longevity.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely. Local customers can visit our Dallas warehouse for local pickup. Please contact us in advance to ensure your order is pulled and ready for loading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. For local pickups, we also accept cash and certified checks.
